I am trying to display - deteriorating infrastructures, visible poverty, decaying homes and boarded-up businesses, street crime, all of which are becoming increasingly common features of city life. Possibly every city in Britain is plagued by areas of dereliction and unkempt wasteland, some of these areas are now being redeveloped, creating new housing, parks and shopping areas.
Hence City Decay.
